Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a gym or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for use by gym owners, operators, and their authorized staff for legitimate business purposes.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and notify us promptly at support@myntrixlabs.com of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Subscription, Trial & Billing

• New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial of the paid plan. No charge is incurred during the trial, and no payment details are required to start it.
• At the end of the trial, unless you choose and pay for a paid plan, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan. Your data is retained, not deleted — access to certain features may be limited until you select a plan.
• Paid subscription fees are quoted and billed in Indian Rupees (₹) as shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes may be added.
• Fees are charged for the subscription period you select. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• upload data you do not have the right to process, or that infringes any third party's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure;
• reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.

6. Customer Data Ownership

You retain all ownership of the data you and your members submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data on your behalf solely to provide and support the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the Customer Data you collect and enter.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. No other rights are granted.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a manner that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; data retention and deletion are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree that the courts at Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
