Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for GMS Staging subscriptions operated by Myntrix Labs Private Limited.

1. Free Trial — No Charge
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the paid plan. The trial incurs no charge and requires no payment details. If you do not select a paid plan, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan at the end of the trial — there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund for the trial itself.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time by contacting us at support@myntrixlabs.com. Cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which the account moves to the Free plan. Your data is retained.
3. What Is Refundable
Subscription fees are generally billed in advance for the chosen period and are non-refundable for time already elapsed. We may, at our discretion or where required by law, issue refunds in cases such as duplicate charges, a verified billing error, or a failed payment that was nonetheless captured. Refunds, where granted, are made to the original payment method.
4. Refund Timeline
For any eligible online payment refund, once approved, we initiate the refund promptly. In line with RBI guidance, the refunded amount is typically credited within approximately 5–7 working days (T+5) of approval, subject to processing timelines of your bank, card issuer, or the payment gateway.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@myntrixlabs.com with your account email, the transaction reference, and the reason for the request. We will review and respond within a reasonable time and let you know whether the request is eligible.
